Fully Known But Yet Still Fully Loved By God!

There is blessing in vulnerability. There is freedom knowing that we don’t have to hide who we are. Truth is that God knows all about us; the good, the bad, and especially the ugly. Natalie Grant sings in her song, “The Real Me,”But You see the real me…unveil me completely…there’s no need to mask my frailty ’cause You see the real me and you love me just as I am.” God is showing me that it’s truly ok to not be ok but that I always need to be genuine. Pretending might work on some people, unless they truly know you, but it will never work on God. God doesn’t use perfect people, he uses imperfect people for His glory. These past few weeks I have had the privilege of sharing my story with several people, whether at my job or at coffee shops, and each time I become more in awe of my Savior! I used to be so concerned about what people thought of me and at times I still do, but the Lord is teaching me that people appreciate authenticity. Being real is rare in this day and age and sometimes pictures may look like I have my life all figured out, I don’t, and I probably never will till I get to heaven. The greatest relief though is knowing the ultimate truth: I am fully known but yet still fully loved by God! You are fully known but yet still fully loved by God! Live like you are loved. Because you are!
