I Will Never Comprehend

Recently the Lord has been showing me the depth of His love! I had a privilege to be part of a prayer and worship event and it was a call for revival! During that time the Lord reawakened the fire inside of me! He brought a true joy back in my heart! He healed me in more ways than I can explain! Also the worship time was essential as the Lord reminded me over and over again about His reckless, never-ending overwhelming extravagant love! One song in particular touched my heart in a different way then when I originally heard it. “It’s extravagant it doesn’t make sense we will never comprehend the way You love us. It’s unthinkable only heaven knows just how far You’d go to say You love us!” When I truly just meditated on these lyrics I could not help but have tears stream down my face. By stopping to meditate on those words the Lord revealed to me just how much He truly 100% without a shadow of a doubt loves me, always has, and always will! Just like the shepherd left the 99 sheep to find the lost one, Jesus left the 99 to seek me! He rescued me! Oh how He loves us! He is tearing down walls! He is calling me deeper! One thing that I have learned is that Jesus is always a gentleman and He waits to be welcome in! However when you let Him in, miracles happen! Freedom takes place! You begin to experience the greatest romance made just for you because He is personal! I’ve discovered that the more I learn about Jesus the sweeter my life becomes! He takes the dirtiest parts of us and makes us beautiful! He the sinless Savior died for me the sinful one. It is my joy and my delight to tell others about the love of Jesus! Once you have been touched by Him nothing can contain the joy or stop it! Even in hard situations I’m learning to dance with the One who sets me free! I want heaven to invade earth! I want people to come to Jesus! I want to see revival! Revival begins with us! It’s time we rise up and instead of just hearing sermons and sitting in pews it’s time we put the call of commission to use! It’s time we take the words of Jesus seriously and go love on those the world has cast aside! It’s time for us to be a generation that seeks God’s face! Rise up!
