Esther Arising!

God is calling Esthers to rise up! Women who will be courageous to go against the status quo and to honor their King, Jesus! In her song ‘Born for this,’ Singer Mandisa declares, “You gotta ask, if you want an answer, sometimes you gotta stand apart from the crowd, Long before your heart could run the risk, YOU WERE BORN for this!” God knew who he was creating! I think that sometimes we just live in the ordinary, mundane routine. But you are a daughter of the King and nothing about you is ordinary! Your life has extraordinary significance! You were born for such a time as this! Esther has always been a significant Bible character for me! The story that a beautiful orphan girl is set apart, becomes a queen, and changes nations is truly magnificent! But you know what is even more significant? The same God who created Esther, created you! He set you apart! He made you royalty!

For so long I was wandering, feeling lost. I did not know my true calling. I did not know that I was a queen and destined for greatness! But now I know! I know who I am and I know Whose I am! And when the enemy of my soul tries to convince me otherwise, I will choose to believe my Father, my King, and I will not bow down to complacency! I was born for this! And now to all my ladies out there, you were born for this! Rise up Esther! Rise up daughter of the Most High and put on your crown! Be bold, Be Brave, Be You!
